Karen has a passion for understanding the mind and body.  She is a master massage therapist of 25 years.  She was a trainer for the Ritz-Carlton and knows how to listen to the client as well as the body to deliver results.  She utilizes her vast training and knowledge of multiple modalities; Ashiatsu, neuromuscular, myo-fascial release, energy healing, craniosacral, Gua Sha, cupping, sound therapy and warm bamboo to relieve the pain in the body and stress in the mind.

Karen is also a Reiki Master and yoga instructor.  A massage with Karen is a journey to health.  After multiple concussions, she welcomes anyone who has head trauma.  It is an art many don’t understand.  She is no longer accepting clients that just want to get "beat up" with deep work. She does enjoy the challenge of figuring out what others cannot.  She is focusing on overall holistic healing from stress reduction, massage therapy and gut health to cranial sacral, energy balancing and sound healing.  Karen believes in the art of natural healing from the inside out.
